Colleen Willson Maintenance Coordinator
Colleen has been in the property management field since 1989. Her career began in the Bay Area, where she worked for the Housing Authority before joining Palo Alto Housing Corporation, a nonprofit organization in Silicon Valley. During her 30+ years in property management, Colleen managed seven large multifamily communities totaling more than 530 units, including a Mountain View property that provided housing for homeless veterans.
After visiting friends in Colorado Springs in 2021, Colleen decided to make Colorado home. She joined the property management team in early 2023 and has been with the RE/MAX Properties Property Management Division ever since.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and her two pups, Buddy and Luna. Her favorite time of year is football season, when you can find her cheering on her San Francisco 49ers!
Julie Engelman Property Manager
Julie brings experience in multifamily housing and a people-focused approach to her role in property management. She joined the RE/MAX Properties Property Management Division in October 2024, where she works closely with property owners, residents, and the team to help support the day-to-day needs of the properties under management.
Originally from Washington State, Julie made Colorado home to be closer to family. She enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being a resource for those around her. Whether assisting an owner, helping a resident, or supporting a member of the team, Julie strives to be approachable, responsive, and willing to help wherever she can.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and embracing country life at home with her cats. She loves the balance of working with people during the day and coming home to her four-legged crew.

Over the years, we have grown and evolved, continually refining our services to meet the ever-changing needs of the property management industry. Jeannette Dufresne founded the property management department in 1997, when RE/MAX Advantage first began. We are one of the longest running property management businesses in town. Retiring in December 2023, we wish Jeannette the brightest days ahead as she enjoys a well-earned retirement.
